Increase custom token limit

We use a lot of dynamic content in our emails, particularly for stats based emails. Recently we had a case where the custom tokens used in an email reached 50+ which meant the email couldn't be approved. Ended up removing all alt text tags to get the number down.

It would be great if the custom token limit could be raised from 40, so we aren't limited in what we can do for future campaigns.

When we're making really data driven emails that surface up personal data to our customers, being limited in the number of the tokens we use (especially because multiple uses of the same custom token count towards this limit) means that our emails can't fully meet web accessibility standards by using alt text containing this data.

Our emails serve up information that is specific to each individual recipient, meaning that we can't use segmentation in place of this dynamic content.
