Currently the database size limit (number of person records) included in the current contract is not visible to admins or other Marketo Engage users. It would be helpful to have this in the UI as sometimes the contract document is in the procurement team's files or otherwise not readily accessible to admins/users. The team may not know they are at risk of reaching the limit until they've already surpassed it and receive a compliance notification email. Having this information available in the UI would allow them to proactively clean up the database or work with their account manager to increase the limit.
This idea mentioned among other things on this Lead Database Dashboard - Update idea but is strong enough on its own. This would be on par with other platforms that display total database records vs. limit.
