Recently, we had 11% of our webinar registrants error out (presumably because there was a GoTo Outage)when trying to sign up for a webinar. Resetting the connection was the solve and no errors have happened since but the only reason we caught the error was because a webinar registrant emailed us to say she registered and got a confirmation email with a blank join link (apparently, if you complete a Marketo registration form and an error with your registration happens you still get the email but you have no unique webinar join link because you're not actually registered in GoTo). If that client hadn't been annoyed by the issue, we never would have known there was a problem. Especially as other leads were able to register fine during the outage so there wasn't a huge dip in registrations. This was actually going on for multiple webinars over multiple days until the client wrote in. Can Marketo add some kind of alert that would let us know when the connection between Marketo and GoTo needs to be reset so we don't need to rely on a consumer taking the time to write in?
