GoToWebinar Attendee Sync Issue

An issue I saw recently occur happened when a single webinar I had scheduled was launched likely in error three times by the organizer which created three separate attendee reports. As a result of these multiple reports, only the first report with attendees (2) was pushed to Marketo, when there really was 70. Can we start syncing all attendee reports for a singe webinar?  I had to update the 70 attendees manually as a result.

Hi Mike Langellotti,

Have you tried to go the the Marketo program, and hit the "event actions -> refresh from webinar provider" menu ?

I did not, will try this out next time it occurs and see if it fixes the issue.
