File upload feature on form

We often create forms for call-for-speakers or nominations. It would be helpful if the person completing the form could upload a profile pic or a document to support their submission.

Did you search the Community and see the multiple ways to do this?

The only way we found to upload a  document, in our case resume, is to not use Marekto forms. We use form assembly. They sync with salesforce as well.

I have posted 2 different ways to do this with Marketo forms. It isn't necessary to use a separate forms provider (and they don't actually do what Marketo forms do, anyway).
