We would like to request the addition of the following capabilities in Adobe Marketo’s Design Studio:
Asset Export with IDs:
- An option to export a list of all forms, emails, and landing pages along with their corresponding Asset IDs.
- Form: We need a feature to export all fields in a form
- Real-Time Image/File Counts: Display real-time counts of images and files stored in Design Studio.

This would save significant time when auditing or managing assets across multiple categories. - Accuracy:
Real-time counts for images/files would help teams quickly assess storage usage without manual tallying. - Reporting & Governance:
Exporting forms, emails, and landing pages with Asset IDs would improve tracking, documentation, and compliance processes.
Use Case:
- Marketing operations teams often need to audit and report on various asset types for governance, migration, or optimization purposes.
- Currently, this requires manual effort or multiple steps. Having these features built into Design Studio would streamline workflows, improve visibility, and reduce the risk of errors.
