The idea of Marketo is total marketing automation. I know its old school, but fax campaign integration would be nice, because if we call them email and fax them it is going to be stronger then just one or 2 methods of contact. Plus if we can create and upload the faxable document and have everything sent out at the same time fax and email that woud be effeciant.

There are really strong junk fax laws these days, so it's pretty hard to legally market to people with faxes. I think it tends not to be a good permission-based marketing medium anymore.

That said, your best bet would be looking for someone you could integrate a webhook to some kind of fax software.

Same thing could be said about email protocols and cold calling, but nothing is impossible if you know and adhear to the proper practices.

Additionally isn't the point of marketo to be a fully automated marketing tool. Fax campaigns are a part of marketing.

Great point Eric. In the automotive industry, particularly when communicating with dealers, fax campaigns still work exceptionally well.
