Enable "global reporting" for reports beyond email and campaigns

We have 22 workspaces, so the ability to run the pre-built reports within Analytics (without having to access RCE) across all of our workspaces, is important for our campaign managers.  Unfortunately, this "Global Reporting" capabilitiy is only available for Email and Campaign Performance.  We would love to see this added to all of the reports - especially "Program Performance".

We have exactly the same issue with our 29 workspaces. This would be really helpful for all our users (70).
