Embed live tweets and facebook posts.

I would be great to have the ability to embed a tweet or a facebook post into a weekly newsletter email. For example, the notification emails from Twitter and Facebook have posts that are embedded into the email. I coiuld be very powerful to give users the ability to embed such posts on their email templates and not just landing pages.

What does everyone think?

I've seen this done recently and unfortunately its creation is beyond the realm of what an email marketer could do without a built-in tool. You'd need a very good email designer with some time to play around.

Other marketing automation tools have the ability to drop in dynamic blocks like this as part of their template builder. Why not Marketo?

In the meantime, check out AVARI - Enabling In-The-Moment Email Personalization . I haven't used this tool but for a fee, it looks like it will do this.
