Email to All Users

As an admin, it would be great if we could send emails to all of our Marketo users. Right now, under the admin tab, it doesn't seem that I can even export the list of all our users so that I could then import them as a static list. This would be really helpful for managing our users and keeping them up to date with our latest initiatives.

I love this! It can even be used for something as simple as a procedural change for Marketo. I find that I have to set something up specifically in my Outlook for anyone who has Marketo access which is rough when some of them are just consultants that we have hired instead of our full time employees. It would be great to be able to send a mass email to users such as in early January announcing the day we are archiving all of the previous year's data.

We use internal distribution lists in our own company so if i email #marketo, it will send out email to all our users.
Sadly adding/removing names from this list is manual for me so ya I would love this simple easy to setup idea to happen in Marketo. 🙂

I like this idea, but for now in salesforce chatter, a marketo group was created so all Marketo members in our group can chat about all things Marketo.

Looks like this idea has gotten pretty stale - but I think it's a great one.  There are so many times you may want to contact all active users - and this seems like something that would make an admin's life a lot easier.
