I would like an "abort email program if number of qualified leads exceeds this limit" feature in the admin, similar to the limit for smart campaigns, to prevent users from accidently mailing to the entire database.
This actually already works- big sends will still not go out if you have that cap in place. However, it doesn't provide good feedback to the user about what is happening, so this is something we will want to enhance.
Hi Erik - my understanding is that you have this for smart campaigns, but not email programs. We have this limit in place for smart campaigns, but an email accidently went to the entire database yesterday through an email program. If there is a way to set this up for email programs, please let me know how to do it.
Oh, really? I tried this myself a few months back and it worked, but was sort of strange. In any event, we'll look at it and get it all working consistently.
