I am looking at platforms and devices and noticed that there is a significant proportion of "unknown"s.Looking at Marketo data extract,this includes user agent data, and it appears to have indicators that the user might be using a mobile device (Outlook-iOS/665.29827.prod.iphone (2.63.0) for example) or even client/platform (Microsoft Office/16.0 (Microsoft Outlook 16.0.11425; Pro)) I believe it is possible for Marketo to sort these activities into platforms and devices but today have simply lumped them into "Unknown".
It make the reporting function actually reliable and usable, rather than having "unknowns" as the second highest proportion of devices/platforms.
