editable landing pages without having to alter the underlying template

In Marketo emails you can use the "mktEditable" tag to make elements editable *within* a template, so that some parts are static, and other parts, like images or text, are editable. Landing pages should have the same functionality. Right now you have to edit the underlying template, every time.
