With a number of people looking at managing multiple domains or setting up multiple aliases it would be great if we could choose which domain/subdomain we use for each landing pages AND/OR improve the UI on the landing page to list the pasting options with each landing page.

Even better, make this picklist available at program level, so that all assets (email links and landing pages) within a program will be in the same domain.

Unless I am missing the point this is really needed ! How do you manage multiple domain names domain.com domain.co.uk domain.fr domain.de with 1 Marketo instance. Do you use 2 marketo instances for this?
