As discussed in this post, MSI enabled emails sent through the email plugins (Outlook and Gmail) as well as through Salesforce do not respect the Communication Limits put in place by Marketo.
I suggest a way to disallow sending of templated emails for MSI that should not be allowed to exceed communication limits.
I do not understand why we have the ability to configure MSI to respect Unsubscribe Settings but not Communication Limits!
There may be a case where the user could willfully override communication limits with a checkbox acknowledgment to send a Sales Email, but this should not be allowed by default!
