Make it possible for SFDC users to create a case from Marketo, similarly to the way we can create tasks.
Some organisations create cases for early sales stage activities such as requesting a quote or event call back the prospects or the customer for some cross selling requests.
Unlike Tasks, we should be able to map all the case fields, including custom ones, and populate them from Marketo. Specifically, the Marketo admin would be able to set some fields as Mandatory, so that users won't forget them when using the "create case" flow step.
This would obviously apply only to SFDC contacts, not leads, unless a custom relation exists between leads and cases in SFDC.
