When I enter a support ticket I can A) Never remember what the different Ps stand for B) don't know where to go look for the definition. It would be nice if there was some kind of permanent key that is a reminder for the different levels of severity or, better yet, rename it so that P3=Minor and so on.
Hey Rachel, I think if you select the dropdown and then hover on one of the options, this pop-out tells you the levels. (But that took me a long time to find!)
