Bring back the top nav

The new top-left global nav button adds ZERO value to the user experiene of marketo. It adds extra work and time (because the drop down animation takes time) to moving around Marketo, and hides cues about Marketo's structure that help you keep in mind where you are in the system.

The new navigation does take some getting used to, but the old navigation had its own issues with cluttering the navigation.  I would frequently click one of the tabs on the upper row when I meant to click the tab on the lower row (e.g. Flow, Schedule, etc.) - I haven't had that happen with the new navigation:0)

Elliott, I agree that clutter is always a concern, but the lack of a top nav is, frankly, more annoying to me (for lack of better description).

We also have the RTP product, and in that interface we actually have the option of adding in a top nav menu.  I don't know why we aren't given the same option in MLM; even if it would just add the icons for each section without the text it'd still be an improvement.

Icons in a narrow stip across the top would be a good option to have and I would vote for that!
