Better visibility into whether leads have future tasks scheduled

I haven't found an easy way to establish whether a sales rep has created a future lead task (activity type) created.  Filters include, "In Past [X days]" or "After [specific date]" but I'd like to get accessibility into whether they have future activities scheduled in the next 90 days, for example.

We're looking to leverage this for both marketing communication as well as sales SLA's.

One example on the sales side that we're looking to trial - if reps have no completed tasks in the past 90 days and no future tasks scheduled, then our reps would like to make the lead "up for grabs" to whomever would like it.
