Be able to see, at a glance, all field mappings between Marketo fields and CRM fields

It would be nice to be able to export to a spreadsheet, all mappings between Marketo fields and CRM fields.

So, instead of going to each field in Field Management to see the Field Maps, export a spreadsheet that will list all of the Marketo fields (as one column) and the associated CRM Field Maps (in another column).

It would be nice to have this for all native integrations (Dynamics, Salesforce, and SAP online).
