It would be great to have simple date/time tokens in which you could insert any date format you'd like, similar to how MailChimp does with its *|DATE:FORMAT|* merge tag: Basic Merge Tags | Email Design Reference
An example of how this would benefit Marketo users: We could place the year token (e.g. {{system.year}}) in the footer of triggered emails so that we wouldn't have to manually update the footer of all triggered emails every year.
