Automatically Append Google Analytics to Links in Marketo Emails

Manually adding Google Analytics tags to each link we wish to track is a tedius process. We would LOVE a feature to automatically add GA tags to links.  Ideally:   I would like to be able to "select" domain(s) that I would like to append GA to as well as a set "source" "medium" and then dynamically pull in the campaign name.

You still have to add the url parameters, but this can absolutely be tokenized. So what we do is have a Campaign Name for each program, then for each URL I have the templates pre-loaded to include the URL Param string.

?utm_source=Marketo&utm_medium=Email&utm_campaign={{my.Campaign}}

Then I just drop the link infront of that and move on. It isn't automated, but it isn't manual either. You don't have to change campaign names in 20 different places per email. And of course you could change source & medium to be program level tokens as well.
