It would be swell is there was an additional field under program setup called Archive Date. This would very simply be a optinal date, if supplied then when said dae was readhed the program would automaticaly be deactivated and moved into a archive folder. (It could jsut create one at the same level called Archive if one didnt exist, or walk up the tree looking for the first Archive folder it finds and use that.
This is how it works in our CMS and we as a policy require all marketing initiatives supply a lifetime. It really helps with future maintance with your org is generateing 50+ campaigns a year.
