Aprove landing pages in bulks

Aprove landing pages in bulks

It would be great to aprove landing pages in bulks when you change something in a form or in a template - just having an ability to aprove a whole folder would do the trick - you can unaprove those that you don't really need to have live. This would also help keep your account structure nice and clean.

There is a way to do that. Once you are done with your updates, click "Design Studio > Landing Pages". You will get a list that you can order by status. Put the status in descending order and all the pages that went into "Approved with Draft" status will show on the top. Then you can "click + shit/click" to select the range you need to approve, and approve them all at the same time.

Good luck!

Unfortunately, that won't work with landing pages that are local assets of programs.

this is a good point. It's very hard to do an inventory of all landing pages when some are not listed under Design Studio but directly in each program. Maybe I should suggest this feature? The ability to have a single view of all landing pages, regardeless of where there are hosted...

Elliot,

That is correct. For that same reason, I keep most of my landing pages inventory outside the Marketo programs. You can alway reference them from within a program Smart Campaign if you dont need to use local tokens. Usually, I like to keep things in a way that is manageable and scalable within the constraints of the environment.

If Anton has the bulk of his pages available within the Design Studio landing list, at least the effort would not be as bad as if they were all in individual programs.

Thank you,

Rafael

Cécile, good suggestion.  I don't think there is an existing Idea for this, so please add one and you may want to expand your idea to having a single view for each type of "content"  local asset and design studio asset including landing pages, emails and forms.

Local assets currently do show up in Design Studio.

In Design Studio, local assets have their program's name in front though. So if you have a landing page called "Registration" inside the program "Webinar Program" you will find it listed as "Webinar Program.Registration."

If you'd like to approve all landing pages inside a program, sort by Page Name, and you should find all your program's landing pages grouped together.
