Provide a module in Marketo that would allow users to set approval paths for the various marketing programs they create that include Reviewers, Approvers, and Action Items. Provide a Master Status & Approval Screen that users can interact with to monitor development and approval status. Here are a few examples:
Email Campaign approval path:
1. Create the Email & Confirm Build is Finished
2. Send Email to Reviewers (can be Required & FYI Approvers)
3. Reviewers can Approve, or Reject with Notes from their Email Inbox
- Includes Sample Email
- Also includes a link to the Program in Marketo
4. Notification of Approval & Notes is sent back to Program Owner(s) in Marketo.
5. Having received the alert, Owner(s) can now execute the final Program.
(Repeat Approval Steps for Content that required corrections.)
Event Program Approval path:
1. Build the Event & Owner(s) Confirm Program Build is Finished
2. Send Email to Reviewers that highlights Key Features of Event for Review
- Event Tokens (Dates, Times, Images, etc.)
- Also includes a link to the Program in Marketo
3. Reviewers can Approve, or Reject with Notes from their Email Inbox
4. Notification of Approval & Notes is sent back to Program Owner(s) in Marketo.
5. Having received the alert, Owner(s) can now execute the final Program.
