Analytics for customer journey aka. lead's activity log

The Opportunity Influence Analyzer gives a very high level overview of the customer journey and fails to include detailed actions (i.e form fill, which page visited, etc) that are important to understand what activities a lead went through before finally converted (closing a deal).  We need a more granular and robust analytics tool to make sense of the data in the lead's activity log.  The lead's acitvity log is the most valuable place for marketers to understand their customers.  Unfortunately, the log on its own would be what IT back in the 90's had to deal with analyzing website traffic without Google Analytics.

If you have RCE that may help, or Full Circle CRM.

It would be pretty awesome to have a way to "avg" all of that automatically. If you do a search, you will find ideas:
  • count touches through Activities or Campaign Member
  • then you can avg those
  • stamp # on lead and Opp

Would be GREAT to have a lead journey report by campaign - like the "User Flow" in google analytics, but on a per campaign/program level

Something like this would be really helpful.  This is what the lead detail looks like in Sitecore.  It's called the Sitecore Experience Profile.
