I have lots of programs that remain active across multiple years. A clear example is Website Contact Us forms. I'd like to be able to run reports based on what date the member was added to the program for program analysis reporting. Thanks!
Thanks. But, Aquisition Date is not available on Program Opportunity Analysis reports. If it was, it would work for some of my programs. But, member added date would be better for other things such as whitepaper programs that also cross over multiple years. Thanks for the input though!
If AD did work for you, you just need to add it as another dimension to RCA (within Admin). It's not available by default. There are several fields that required us to manually push them into RCA so that we can report on these attributes. But I do I understand that AD alone is not going to solve your issue. Unfortunately "Member Date" isn't even a field that's available to push into RCA. I definitely can see how this would be useful.
a work around is to time stamp into a custom field and use a smart campaign flow using a system date token to stamp it when a particular action took place. My use case was to report off of a grouping in RCA when a particular form was filled in. The report was to show by day of week, how many filled in our particular trial download form. This custom field was also synced to RCE as a dimension.
Depending on what you decide works best, you could either trigger off your form being filled out or acquisition date.
Create a trigger smart campaign, with Data value change trigger with acquisition date selected, run flow to time stamp a custom field with your system date token.
