Allow agents to manage Dynamic Chat calendar available by specific dates, not just day of the week

When setting calendar availability in Dynamic Chat you can only choose availability by day of the week, this request is to enable controlling availability by specific dates i.e. instead of choosing every monday you can specify which mondays you are available
