It would be helpful to add "Added to Program" trigger (Similar to the "Added to SFDC campaign" Trigger), to track new and existing leads that were added to programs, and fire flow steps accordingly.
Existing program triggers allows to check based on progression status change, which can be cumbersome to manage when creating custom channels.
