Ability to view audience list only

We want someone to be able to go into an email program and have read-only ability to see the number of their audience and everyone who makes up that audience list. At the same time, we do not want users to make changes to leads in the database. Currently, it is not possible to split this user permission up.

In a large university with tiered staff responsibilities, we have the need for Marketo users to be able to see and understand things - like who the audience is made up of - without having broad write/create/delete abilities. This is true as a generalization across all our systems, and we usually have the ability to assign user roles the abilities to read/write/create/delete in a more granular way. Marketo has more of an all-or-nothing approach to system role permissions so it is challenging for us to give enough permission but not too much ... or give too much, and train and hope <fingers crossed!> users don't do something they aren't trained for nor are authorized to do.
