Ability to edit image properties when a token is used for Image URL

Right now, when a token is used for Image URL in Email 2.0, the editable image properties are grayed out. This means if I need to change something about the token for the Link URL, for example, I have to put a placeholder image back in, alter the Link URL, then switch it back to the token. It wastes time.

Just hit this roadblock today. Didn't even realize this wasn't possible. Can't even save it - let alone edit the properties.
