We had a last-minute project at work today to see how a specific set of customers have interacted with us. We basically wanted to see if we could find common behaviors between these customers.
The data set was 50 companies. Unfortunately there were multiple leads per company and there is no tool to download activity logs for multiple leads at once, so I am basically spending an entire day going through each of these leads.
I know there are similar reports where I can see what pages these customers have all clicked on, but I need more in-depth data like what pages they clicked on and when the clicked on them. The order in which they clicked the pages is important to us.
Once I'm done downloading all these hundreds of activity logs tomorrow I will only spend 1-2 hours running some macros to get the data in the format I want. I know that other companies look at this type of data too, I just don't know how we've all gone without such a tool/report for so long.
