It would be nice if there was a place where you could write general notes about account activity. Sort of like a Marketo Journal.
In Google Analytics, there's the "Create New Annotation" which is very helpful for logging events to help correlate why you might see a spike in traffic on a particular day. Was particular news announced? A major campaign launched? Etc.
It would be nice to have something similar in Marketo.
