Smart Campaign Versus Nurture Program with Streams

For a simple 2-touch Email nurture, would it be better to use a Programs with Smart Campaign or a Drip Nurture Program with Streams?

Hi Richard,

I would do it with a smart campaign, it is more straightforward for this use case, also you can set specific days for the second email to go out. With engagement program it has to be in one week increments.

So, it would look like, if FILLS OUT FORM, Send email one, wait 4 days, send email 2.

I find the constraints helpful too, make sure to use those when you send email 2.

If you do not anticipate that you will have to add content in the future, if you do not plan to reorder them, or if you may need some delays betwee, emails that do not fit with the scrict scheduling of engament program, go for a regular flow.
