Searching existing leads for email addresses

Hello. I am importing a list that does not include email addresses. Is there a way to run these leads with existing leads to see if they already exist with their email addresses and merge them?

Yes, you can create a smart list and bring in the filter of "Duplicate Fields" and select "Field Name is Full Name". That will run a query for those leads with matching full names.
