Multiple event dates on to lead to individual confirmations

Hi,

I'm building a landing page and have a form which allows the delegate to choose from 2 different event dates.

How do i create a Smart Campaign that allows the delegate of one date get one confirmation email and a delegate that chooses another date to get the other confirmation email?

Can anyone help - and how do i raise a ticket with marketo?
