I created a campaign in marketo and used the "Campaign is requested trigger" in the Smart List with Source as Sales insight. In the flow step I used "Add to List" component and selected a list from the drop down so I would expect the lead to be added to the selected list when the campaign is requested.
In CRM, when I select a lead and use the option "Add to Marketo Campaign" and then select the campaign name from the drop down and select Add nothing seems to happen. What is the approach I need to take to test why the campaign request does not seem to work?
