How to add radio buttons to a Form?

I'm trying to add radio buttons to a filght booking form. For some reason it won't allow me to put different field to the marketo ones. I couldn't find anything on the documentation regarding how to set up radio buttons or custom fields

In the form editor when you click on the field, do you see the "field type"? You can select radio buttons from there and then click "values" towards the bottom to input those you would like.
