Get leads from smart list REST API

Hello,

I am attempting to pull all the leads in the 'Possible Duplicates' smart list. This is the url to the list https://app-sjp.marketo.com/#SL1021A1.  From my understanding, the list ID is 1021 and I should be able to access the list via (/rest/v1/list/1014/leads.json). However, the returned result is: "code":"1013","message":"List not found".

Any help will be appreciated,
