Are we able to add images into the Dynamic Chat?  I'd like to include a product image as a way to provide a little visual 'eye candy' and encourage engagement.  How would I add an image?

Hi @JeffHensiek currently this option is not available. you can use emoji's but not images. But let me add this to my roadmap 🙂

Thank you for your help on this.  

At a past company, we used Drift as a chatbot/lead capture tool - and it was really effective.  We also used images in the bot as a way to add some visual engagement and even promote a product.

I'd love to see that in the future - it's great to see improvements rolling out.
