Been trying to upload a csv list but when I choose the file to upload, there seems to be a problem in step 2 under Sample Value - I see about 50 'New Information' fields all the way down the screen - and the next button doesn't work.Anyone ever have this problem.

How do you make the initial value on a dropdown field blank and have that trigger the required notification if the lead does not select a value?

Is it possible to view in Sales Insight the number of times that a lead has opened an email? When sending an email through Salesforce, reps can view how many times, and the last time, a lead has opened all of the emails that he/she has received, and we cannot do that currently with SI.

I recently sent our a couple email campaigns and would like to pull in high-level activity - opens, clicked, etc, but when I click on the smart campaign and 'email' there is no data.Can someone please advise the best way to generate these numbers, maybe by exporting to an Excel?Thank you
