My requirement is to get a case created in SF whenever someone fills-out the Marketo form hosted on a non-Marketo landing page. I have created a webhook in Marketo for the case creation in Salesforce and it is working but when I check the SF case page layout, I can only see SF standard fields getting populated and the custom fields are still blank. Marketo does have access rights but still, the information is not getting populated.
P.S. - I am not a developer and creating a webhook for the first time.

Can you double check that the access is Read and write and not just visibility?
What is the field types of the fields not getting written to? e.g. String, Lookup, etc.

Thanks for replying back. Marketo does have the read and write access. The custom fields that are not getting populated are text fields.
