Yes I did, I got it twice! We don't have the ability to provide a thank you page, so this happens often.

Well of course, why didn't I think of that!? haha jk.

We are using a Marketo form but it's embedded into Jive, which eliminates the possibility of a follow up page unfortunately. We will continue to look for workarounds!
