We tested using the On-Demand feature in GoToWebinar a few weeks ago. Now that we are ready to recreate the Marketo Program for the Webinar, we are getting the following error message: Account has no webinars scheduled
When we go into GoToWebinar, they are all clearly there.
What has changed that would cause the LaunchPoint Service to stop working as expected?
We had the same issue a few weeks back. It magically went away after 15 minutes or so.
I know, not a great answer, but I'm pretty certain it's nothing systematic. Just a temporary outage.
Hi Cathy, unfortunately the Marketo/GoToWebinar connector only supports non-recurring, live webinars. You can't do on-demand, simulated live, or series webinars. You can upvote this idea.
