We are having the same issue with our emails as well. They look great in the editor, but are crammed or sized wrong in Outlook (not ideal). I think it has something to do with text over an image translating to Outlook. It's a big pain thus far though!

It seems impossible to align an image to the center in the new email editor. Each time I do I have to have my colleague fluent in code to go into the HTML because he needs to get rid of the table tags around the image. He then has to surround the image with paragraph tag. This is super inconvenient...
