Lead Owner First Name & Lead Owner Last Name added to a Form?

I'd like to add the following fields to my internal form, but they are not available in the list of fields.

• Lead Owner First Name
• Lead Owner Last Name

Only these are available:

I checked Field Management in Admin settings and the fields are not hidden. Any idea why I cannot add these fields to my form?

These fields are system managed and can only be updated via your CRM integration.
