I really have 2 questions:
1. I am looking to collect leads in Marketo at Business Developmenet roadshows so my team can lead nurture them and potentially win them over. These are public events that we don't have the ability to pre register them. Currently, all I know about is the Marketo Event app.
2. I am using the Marketo Event app to collect roadshow leads - I am doing this by creating the event, making a list and then just adding a person to the list when they come to the table. However, I want to change some of the lead collection fields. For example: It currently asks for: First Name, Last Name, Title, Company, Phone, Email ; I want to eliminate some fields and add other custom fields I have in Marketo that will eventually sync to SFDC...
Any body have suggestions or advice?
