Are you a strategic B2B marketer with strong Eloqua experience? We’d love to bring you on board the Lead Lizard team, one of the fastest-growing, most successful agencies in the demand generation space.
Lead Lizard is looking for a Solutions Strategist to join our strategy group. This exciting and important client-facing role will serve as the strategic lead on client projects, ranging from lead nurturing programs to implementation of marketing automation platforms. The Solutions Strategist will work closely with our account team to provide thought leadership to our clients, and will be responsible for the ideas that make our clients’ campaigns and operations a success.
Your core responsibilities:
Design and oversee the deployment of marketing programs (email campaigns, scoring models, data maintenance, etc.) in Eloqua and other marketing automation platforms.
Advise Lead Lizard’s clients on best practices for marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
Translate high-level objectives into strategic marketing plans that can be executed by other on our team.
Use campaign performance metrics to make actionable recommendations that improve campaign response and efficiency.
Train and mentor junior team members in general marketing strategy and marketing automation administration.
What we’re looking for:
3-5 years B2B marketing experience. Agency background preferred.
Strong technical understanding of Eloqua. Certification a plus.
Experience using CRM platforms to track marketing campaign performance (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics CRM).
Ability to generate data-driven recommendations based on multiple data sources.
Strategic understanding of complex marketing challenges and the ability to generate specific and actionable recommendations to address high-level needs.
An effective communicator who can get our clients excited about marketing technology, performance metrics, and overall marketing strategy.
