    Email Delivery from Sandbox Account

      Dear Marketo,

      We are build a test Campaign in Marketo Sandbox account, Unfortunately we are not able to delivery email and check wether the score are update based on engagement. Could you kindly let us know if there is any workaround to delivery email to a test email account to study the engagement and scoring process.

          You do not need to send email other than to a seed list. So be sure to do that when testing flows. You should not do any real emails from the sandbox. If you cannot, then check with your Admin or Support.


          The Engagement scoring is an index and is automatic; there's nothing to test. Please see docs.marketo.com for details on engagements. If you click or open the email, the Engagement Score will increase within 72 hours.
