Please check with Support on this. It would be nice if they added an email processing timer. I saw this on an ESP recently that showed

If you go into admin -> treasure box -> campaign monitor (enable this feature) -> navigate back to Marketing Activities -> top menu you will see "Campaign Queue" - this will tell you all the campaigns actively running right now.
I've talked to support before the end of the year and that's what they did for me. I was given the reason that i had too many trigger campaigns going at once, but I'm not a beliver in that one...
This mass pending number just happens every now and then is my experience. My guess is you sent during a high period in their system and are therefore delayed...
